Why is it necessary for a country to have a clear demarcation of power and responsibilities in the Constitution?Ehat would happen in the absece of such a demarcation?

it is necessary because:
1) it helps the person in power to understand their responsiblity and power
2)country will run in proper way
3)no one enterfare in any other matter
4)everything will be balanced
5)everyone will have clear view about the development of country
in absence of Democration
1) everyone will enterfare in each other matter
2)if any wrong thing happened then the victim will be confused that whom will he complaints.
3) the leader wouldn't know about his power so he can't used that power properly
4) everyone will be disturbed and none of the work will be proper
