So that water bodies dont get toxic and filthy which will inturn be hazardous and harmful for marine plants and animals. Our rivers will get polluted and dirty.Ans our diversity will be lost..

Before sewage is dumped in a water body heat must be cleaned properly so as to prevent water pollution
