Australia is in the Southern Hemisphere and india in the Northern Hemisphere.

Each Hemisphere has different/opposite seasons as the earth rotates around the sun in its yearly orbit.

People in the Northern Hemisphere cannot understand having Christmas in Summer - but Christmas is probably not something that a Pakistani would understand at any time...

In the months of November and december , In India it is winter and in Australia it is summer because ther are two hemispheres in the world. One is Northern hemisphere and other is Southern hemisphere .When there summer in one hemisphere ,there is winter in the other hemisphere because the Eart is tilted at an angle of 23.5° so when 1 part is facing the sun the other part is away from the sun.India is in the northern hemisphere and Australia is in the southern hemisphere so when southern hemisphere is facing the sun the northern hemisphere is away from the sun.So there is summer in Australia and Winters in India.
