Jammu and Kashmir is a state where our indian border lies so it is a place of great importace...Pakistan says that Kashmir should be their but it is not so many terrorist attacks keeps going on so for the safety and security it has to be given special care so Jammu and Kashmir is given speacil care..[.plz do mark brainliest I have done a very hard work]
