Management of people :

Management of people implies two things :
(a)Dealing with employees as individuals with diverse needs and behaviour.
(b) Dealing with individuals as a group of people.
Management of operations :
It refers to the activities of production cycle, which contains the flow of input material and transforms the input into desired output. It is interlinked with both management of work and management of people.
