As the population is never the same. Not between the two countries, and not even the characteristics of population. The age groups, gender groups, educated and non educated, working people and non working people all vary among each country and within every part of each country.

There are three main processes that bring about population change
Birth Rate: it is number of births per thousand persons in a year
Death Rate: it is a number of deaths per thousand persons in a year
Migration: it is the movement of people from one place to another
The combination of above-stated processes leads to fluctuations in population size which is why population is considered a dynamic phenomenon because its always changing.
