Why is rayon is not considered as a fully fibre

fibre is completely natural substance that is single .But,rayon cannot be considered fully fibre because it is mixed with some other fibre by human processes. so we can't call it a fully fibre.

Rayon is not considered as fully synthetic fibers because it is made up by chemically reacting with some natural sources like wood etc.
