Why is silver considered as a transition element?

Silver is chemical element with symbol ag..atomic number is 47..it is white,lustrous, having high electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity..It has completely filled 4d orbitals in ground state(4d10 5s1)

Transition elements are those elements having a partially filled d or f subshell in any oxidation state. The term transition elements mostly refers to the d- block transition elements. Ag has completely filled 4d obital(4d10 5s1) in its ground state......... Hence Ag is considered as a transition element.
