angle always be taken by x to y ....go always anti clock wise ......
tanα=y/x.......
tan α =perpendicular/base where base is x axis and perpendicular is y axis....
tanα=y/x.......

Why angle is taken from X to Y ?any how the angle is same no.
always follow some assumption..... if we will see anything in clockwise ,it may be to other anti clock wise......so for angle find it is better ,front of angle always perpendicular...means Y axis....
