UK stops short of 2040 ban on petrol and diesel vehicles. The UK has pledged that half of all new car sales will be hybrid or electric by 2030 as part of its “Road to Zero” plan to reduce vehicle emissions, published on Monday.

There are many reasons behind the phasing out of diesel cars.

Like:-

1.Diesel or petrol moving cars or vehicles produce emissions which is so harmfull for the environment as well as for human beings.

2. India doesn't have much fuels refineries . So well importing these fuels from other countries harm the economical development of India.
