Why is the hunting of tiger banned

The population of tigers is decreasing. They are endangered animals due to loss of habitat and excessive hunting. So, hunting tigers is banned to prevent tigers from going extinct.

Because : Tigers came in endangered species. Tigers skin is very expensive if we export.
