Answer:
The issue of sustainability is important in a country like India foe its development because India is a vast country with a great diversity in the distribution of minerals and availability of infrastructure for its development.in India some regions are rich in resources but lack in infrastructural development. For example Rajasthan is a state situated in the north western side of our country which is fully endowed with solar and wind energy but lacks in infrastructural development.Sustainability means development without hampering the needs of our future generations. Thus s sustainability of resources brings prosperity and happiness.
