When we switch ON the fan, it starts from rest, its velocity increases and reach to the maximum value, since velocity is increases, so its motion is non uniform. AS fan moves in circular motion , so its direction of velocity changes at each and every point so it is an accelerated motion hence non uniform motion.

Because it's velocity changes continuously....
I meant that the direction of speed changes hence velocity doesn't remains constant and make a non uniform motion...
