Why is the resultant solution basic in titration of oxalic acid with naoh?

Because NaOH is very strong base than the oxalic acid. Oxalic acid is not stronger acid than as the NaOH strong base. Hence the resultant is basic.

You can understand by one more method

During the titration of the acid and base the strength of NaOH is higher than oxalic acid. Hence when you adding NaOH to the oxalic acid it will be soon neutralise the acid. But as you adding more NaOH the resultant solution become basic due to presence of the OH- ions.
