Science is constantly changing wouldn't be the better but science constantly developing because new inventions and discoveries provides new principles.

Eg:- In earlier times light was consider to be a particle and then Maxwell and Faraday proved that to be a wave but in early 20th century a new theory came to the scientists that is Quantum theory which emerged and proved that light is a wave with particle.
