Leave Register must be maintained. It is also a statutory requirement. 2] Any casual leave balance at the end of the year can be added to his Sick leave, increasing it upto 100 days. No one know, when he need long sick leave, so it will benefit workman/ staff. other SL can be accumulated till 120 days
