Why magnet always attract pieces of iron steel nickel cobalt

The atoms of any element which has electrons with parallel spins behave like a magnet. Magnetic interaction can be observed in substances which are either ferromagnetic or paramagnetic

This is because iron, steel, nickel and cobalt materials exhibiting magnetic properties i.e.,
magnetic lines of forces can pass through them causing the attraction towards the magnet..

Help needed! By Ohm's law we know V∝ I => V=IR i.e. I=V/R which means I∝1/R. So it means If "R" is INCREASED "I" will DECREASE & vice versa. But isn't V=IR also true according to which If "R" is INCREASED "V" will also INCREASE Which is not possible at the same time!
