BOILING OF MILK

As we know that milk containns fats, protein, sugar etc . When we boil milk then this fats, protein etc ge collected on the surface of milk. And if we countinously give heat to the milk then more water will evaporate and this increases the temperature and pressure this pressure force the fat and protein layer and this lid to expand of the layer and formingfoam
