Regional parties are called national parties only when the party stands in different states of the country
eg:
*like if ABC is a party of state1 and SSS is a party of state2 and these party are only powerful within the state not across the country then there are said to be stae parties
*like if ABC is a party of state1 and is also active in the state2,3,4,5,6etc then it is termed to be a national party as it is powerful in many state acroos the country ..
Regional party implies the party whose area operation is limited and so their activities are restricted to only a few states. On the other hand, national party refers to a political party is a registered party that operates in more than four states of the country and their area of operation extends over the entire country
