Why ncl3 exist but ncl5 doestnot exist are pcl5exist but ncl5 does not exist?

There are three reasons for this:

1)Nitrogen is a electronegative atom and will be unstable in +5 oxidation state.

2)Absence of D orbital to accomodate 5 atoms.

3)Cant handle 5 huge Cl ions around itself being samller than a Cl atom.
