why NF5 or NCL5 didn't oxidised ?

Answer:

The electronic configuration

Of N= 1s2 2s2 2p3

N has 3 electrons in its valence shell so it can form compound NF3

But as N doesnt have any d orbital so it cannot expand its octet due to which N cannot form NCl5 compound.
