NH3 has a dipole moment of 1.46 D and NF3 0.235 D. In NH3, H is less electronegative than nitrogen and hence dipole moment of each N-H

NF3 has many lone pair and Nh3 has less lone pair then NF3 so the NF3 has high dipole moment
