NH3 has more dipole moment than NF3. In NH3, N is more electronegativethan H. So, N pulls the electrons from H towards itself and so, the direction ofmoment due to the N-H bonds is in the same direction as that of the lone pair of electrons on Nitrogen.

in case of ammonia additive effect of dipole is observed because all the dipoles are present in the same direction where as in case of nf3 the direction of dipole are not the same that is why it have lower dipole moment as compared to ammonia
