why NO2 is called double acidic inhydrate..?

Acid anhydrides: Oxides which produce acidic solutions on reaction with water are called acid anhydrides. NO2 forms two acids when it reacts with water and hence it is called double or mixed acid anhydride.

Thus,(CH3 CO2) O2 is called acetic anhydrate
