Why not reserve the post of pm . plz answer becoz my exam is tmrw

Because the concept of reservation is meant for socially empowering the depressed class on financial and educational lines.

And the post of prime minister is not meant for this purpose. Its meant for the other way. That is making the above mentioned process quicker and faster to fill the gap of social disparity.  

So by getting the post of prime ministership one may get empowered but the nation may not be so. An already empowered person on the lines of ethics, integrity and competence only can claim the post.
