the paper are burn but when we add water in the paper bowl the paper not burn because the paper are wet and they can not burnt or the fire are stop and the oxygen can not help in burnt

the paper dont get burn because their is presens of water that means moisture and water dont let the paper burn paper can only burn when water get evapourated
