planets don't have their own light they get light from Sun. sun and other stars twinkle because of the chemical reactions taking place on them they are extremely hot existing in plasma state thus giving light on extreme chemical reactions

hi
the answer is
planets are actually a bundle of lights
so due to atmospheric refraction, all the light of a planet is not refracted, so planets do not twinkle
hope it helps
