I THINK U MEAN TO SAY "RBC" .RBC do not have nucleus. But at the time of formation of RBC the cell have a nucleus. It loses it's nucleus so as to increase the surface area for oxygen transport since nucleus has mitochondria which has a great affinity for oxygen so it absorb s the oxygen..
