Incentives are a method for changing the way people act towards things, in a positive and a negative manner.

Policy makers should adopt ways to start policies that are based upon incentives especially for the ones that are regarding taxes. If a good incentive is given by a policy maker, people would prefer them rather than the one without an incentive.

An incentive is more like a reward system, which inspires people to change the ideas and improves their performance.
