why should we give more importance to develop the well being of human resource

bcause human have the only ability of thinking.
through human resource we get new ideas form society etc

there are 4 main important factors of production:
1.land
2.labour.
3.physical capital.
4.human capital.

1. land - it's natural resource.
2.labour- the one who will do the work both manual and who are highly educated.
3.physical capital -no physical capital is nothing but the no. of inputs we need at every stage during the production.
it consists of 2 more capitals:-
a)fixed capital.
b.) working capital.
fixed capital- the buildings, tools, machines which can be used over many years are know as physical capital.

working capital- money and raw materials in hand are called as working capital.
and also to buy things during production, to make payments etc.

and finally, Human capital- we need knowledge and be enterprise to be able put all together the land , labour, physical capital and human capital. the output can either be sold or we can utilize it...

and finally people form workforce of an organisation, business sector, or economy. "human capital is sometimes used synonymously with "human resource".


sooo... we can observe that there's a lot of importance for human resource.
