why should we not store curd ,fruit juice in utensils made of copper ,lead and zinc ?

as all this are acidic and they will react with metal to form some other salt and hydrogen

Curd and fruit juice contains acids.So if they are stored in metal containers they would react with the metals to liberate H2 and it would make the food unfit for consumption....It would even poison the food.........
