Here is the chemical reaction taking place.
Type of chemical reaction is Photolysis Decomposition Reaction.

AgCl2------> Ag +Cl2 (g)


Here one of the product formed after reaction is Ag (silver) which is greyish in appearence.

Hence, Silver chloride turns grey in sunlight.
