Hello..
Because reduction potential is depend on two factos hydration energy and ionisation energy. Ionisation energy favour s sadium but hydration energy favours lithium. But when we add hydration and ionisation energy overall negative energy is higher for lithium. Thats why releasing electron from lithium is more easy in aqueous condition..
