why stars are twinkling but planet not twinkle

Stars twinkle because in stars the hydrogen is converted into helium so stars twinkle and emit light but in planet there in no such things.They reflect the light of star falling on them.

Because stars are luminous objects while planets are not .

Stars are made up of gases like helium , hydrogen etc.

While planets are made up of rocks and other non reacting gases.

STARS :
★ They are having lustres .
★ They are uncountable .
★ They are made up of dust and gases.
★ They twinkle at night .
★ Example - The Sun is the nearest star to the earth .

PLANETS :
★ They are not lustrous.
★ There are 8 planets in our Solar System .
★ Some of them are made up of gases and some of rocks .
★ They do not twinkle at night.
★ These plantes are : Mercury, Venus , Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn , Uranus and Neptune .
