Stars do glow during the day, but we can't see them because of the glare of sunlight. When the sun is up, the blue color in sunlight gets scattered all over the atmosphere, turning the sky the familiar bright blue color.

we can not see the stars in day because of sunlight.
sunlight has so much capacity to disappear .any object.
it have highly ultraviolet rays because of this we are not able to see the stars in the day.
