why the amount of pollen grains produce is more in maize/grass/anemophilous flower?​

this is due ,to overcome the wastage of pollen grains during wind pollination

as the pollens being small and only one ovule in the flower there is the condition that all the pollen grain can't correctly land onto the stigma of the flower
