The HCl and the NaCl have the same concentration, so there are the same number of ions in solution. They also have the same ion, Cl-, in common. But the H+ ion has a greater specific conductivity, that means it will conduct more electricity per mole than the Na+ ion. so the conductance is greater for the 0.01M HCl solution.
