one of the important feature of democracy is that each adult citizen must have one vote and each vote have one value .

in Saudi Arabia women don't have right to vote.
in Estonia, the Russian minority finds it very difficult to be allowed to vote.
in Fiji, the vote of an Fijian has more value than that of Indian Fiji.

hope helps ☺️☺️☺️☺️

There are different reasons as to why the above countries cannot be called democratic, as with Saudi Arabia, it does not allow its women to vote.

With Estonia, it has framed its citizenship rules in a such a format that it fails to provide Russian Minority the right to vote.

Lastly, with Fiji, it has an electrical system of a pattern where the value of vote of an indigenous Fiji is more than an Indian Fiji.

Hope it will help you ☺️
