Why the laboratry preparation of hydrchloric acid is not given. I m not able to understand it from my book. Is there anyone to explain it to me?????????

NaCl + H2SO4 (conc) = NaHSO4 + HCL
Temp should be less than 200 degree C.

The gas is collected by upward displacement of air since lighter than air and is highly soluble in water.
