Heya,

Length of small intestine vary in herbivores and carnivores.

This is because herbivores obtain their food from plants which contains mostly cellulose.

It takes longer time to digest cellulose than other substacne like meat.

Therefore carnivores have comparitively less small intestine than herbivores.

because herbivores eat plants.and the function of small intestine is. to separate waste. grass and plants won't have that much waste as compared to the waste of the animals which is the food for carnivorous
