The particles in solid are tightly packed then in liquid the same is writtenin question that why is it ordered so why is it tightly packed:

THE particles in the solid are tightly packed becausethe force of attraction between them is high and kinetic energy is low.

Now; what is kinetic energy?

ans: i will explain u in my words:

liquids particles flow yes and gas particles flows more than liquid so they flow because their kineticenergy is how and solids particles do not flow beacuse they donot have kinetic energy.

and; what is force of attraction?

ans:see when u hear force of attraction

the word attraction gives u a hint that attracting so force of attraction meansa force by which particles attract each other. And solid particles keeps together because they have high force of attraction.

Answer:      because in solid molecules are in mostly compressed form and gap between them is so negligible.
