At greater heights, the atmospheric pressure is very low and the human blood pressure is comparatively higher. This may result in the bursting of blood vessels leading to bleeding. Also, the oxygen level is also very low making it harder for people to breathe. Therefore the pressure inside an aeroplane is maintained at normal ground level pressure.

Also... It causes our noses to bleed or our ears to hurt especially when we are landing or starting to take off... This is preventing by maintaining ground level pressure in the aeroplanes... Hope this was helpful too
