why there are 28 days only in the month of feburary and nut in any other month ???

Legend tells that Julius Caeser and Augustus Caeser had a fight because both wanted to have 31 days in their month. So, one was taken from february and that is why both July and august have 31 days. The 29th day comes every leap year as it is split.
