why there is 28 days in feb

            The king of Rome, pompilius, made the Calender. Which included 12 months. Those 12 months had December at last. To count two new days at first two new months, January and February,  28 days remain. So there are 28 days in February month.

           At every leap year, February has 29 days. After every 4 years respectively, February has 29 days. As it is a leap year. Still. February is second month, respectively after January at every year.
