why there is degree on Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F)
but not in kelvin.
K (kelvin) hasn't degree

Because the celsius scale's bas eis zero while the other scale like Kelvin its base value is 273.

So The (°) is basically given or stated to an pure base value that's same in Fahrenheit too

But here, the difference is in Kelvin scale as its origin not equal to 0
