Why there is different potentials from foot to head of a person?

sorry, this voltage depends on the electric potential gradient of atmosphere . (That depends on the amount of charge present in that particular atmosphere, which varies place to place, eg- sea to desert)
and depends on resistance of the person between head to toe, which lie between (1000ohms-1500ohms) which decides the voltage drop between the head and toe
