Why ti is necessary to send pilot carriers in wireless communiction? what will be the drawback of sending pilots ?

For an airline, their most profitable and desirable customers are traveling for business. They need to get somewhere on time, they are willing to pay for that. Somehow, the idea that pilots need to look like business men has taken hold. I think most pilots would prefer to wear simple dress like coveralls. Airline wants pilots to look sharp… I certainly feel more confident about riding in a plane with someone who pays attention to personal appearance. It makes me feel like they will pay similar close attention to other details like air speed, altitude, etc.
