why tubelight don't emit light at moment when the switch is turned on?

You know that electricity is the flow of electrons in a conductor, such as metal wires etc.....
When you turn on the switch, it takes some time for the electrons to travell and reach the tubelight and it's after that the tubelight glows......

It might be for the following reasons:
1) The circuit must be an opened circuit or the circuit components are loosely connected to each other
2) The electricity must not be enough for the battery or circuit to work
3) The tubelight must be fused
