Let breadth of rectangle be X cm.


Length = ( X + 14 ) cm



Perimeter = 448

2 ( L + B ) = 448


2 ( x+14 + x ) = 448


2x + 14 = 224

2x = 210


x = 210/2 = 105 cm


Breadth = X = 105 cm


And,

Length = x+14 = 105+14 = 119

=> 448 cm = 2 ( x + 1 4 + x )

=> 224 cm = 2x + 14

=> 224 - 14 cm = 2x

=> 210 cm = 2x

=> 2x = 210 cm

=> x = 105 cm

Length = ( x + 14 ) cm = 105 + 14 cm = 119 cm

Breadth = 105 cm
