bcoz her mother said that these kabuliwalas kidnap children and put it in their bags

Mini was afraid of the gaint kabuliwallah because she was only 5 yrs old and she believed that he was a kidnapper. She believed that his huge bag has many childrens in it and he may even catch it. Hope it helps u
